Your new Community hub, for all people of all ages and abilities, we are a part of the Pallion Action Group charity.
Pallion Action Group redeveloped this old derelict building and grounds into the thriving Community Hub it is today.
With the help of countless local organisations, companies and individuals we have turned a derelict building and grounds into a much loved community hub.
We will be working to help, assist, and guide all people of all ages and abilities to a better and more prosperous future.
About Us
From this derelict and heavily vandalised building and grounds we saw potential. This area was lacking a space for local people to come together, socially and officially. Teenagers had no where to go, adults would walk past an eyesore, residents had a view of graffiti and boarded up windows. Bleak to say the least, where was the community spirit going to come from?
Transformation
With funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, UKSPF, Sunderland City Coucil and Ballinger Charitable Trust. The transformation has been incredible. Local businesses have been extremely generous with resources and their time and expertise and we will be forever grateful on behalf of ourselves and the local people this building now serves.

Would you like some guidance on getting on the right track? want to get back into work? low in confidence? want some training or volunteering experience? Anything standing in your way? We can help, come in for a chat
We have our spacious community cafe inside too, offering affordable and delicious food all day.
Just take a look at our menu, we pride ourselves on a warm friendly welcome every day!
If you want a refresh after a nice walk in the park, your lunch with friends or family, maybe just a drink after one of our exercise classes even!
